Do you work with clients outside Cambodia?
Yes — we work across Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Singapore, and we still deliver for European clients from Phnom Penh. Project meetings run in English or Khmer, documentation and code comments are written in English, and contracts can be issued in either English or French.
For European clients we keep a guaranteed overlap window each morning, Indochina Time.
Why a French studio in Phnom Penh rather than a freelance developer?
Three practical reasons, not a claim that one is better than the other.
- Continuity. A studio does not disappear between two projects. Maintenance, store accounts and hand-overs are contractual, and someone is still there in a year.
- A written scope. Fixed scope, fixed price, a paid scoping workshop before any line of code — rather than an estimate that drifts.
- Standards that travel. The same review, testing and security practices we apply for European clients, applied here.
Our rates sit above a freelancer's and well below Paris or Singapore agency rates — that is the whole point of being based here.
What are your rates?
Fixed-price projects start at $8,000 for a mobile MVP, $18,000 to $40,000 for a full iOS and Android application, and $4,000 for a premium website. Time-and-materials engagements are quoted per profile.
Full ranges are public on our pricing page — we do not hide them behind a contact form.
Who owns the intellectual property?
You do, in full. IP transfer is contractual and total: source code, designs, and the store accounts, which are opened in your company's name. Code ships to your own Git repository with build and deployment scripts.
How do we start?
A 30-minute call to qualify the need, then a written proposal within 24 hours. If the project goes ahead, we run a paid scoping workshop (1 to 2 weeks) that produces a firm scope and a firm price. No open-ended time-and-materials by default.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any detailed discussion, and we can work under your own template. We routinely sign confidentiality agreements with enterprise clients and are used to security reviews, penetration tests and reversibility clauses.
